Shipping Policy

At Pryme Trading Cards, we aim to process every order quickly and carefully and to package it securely.

1. Order processing

Orders are processed within 24 hours.

Orders placed and paid for on business days before 2:00 PM are generally processed and dispatched on the same day.

Orders placed after 2:00 PM are normally processed on the next business day.

During exceptionally busy periods, promotional campaigns, public holidays or other special circumstances, processing times may vary.

2. Shipping costs

The rates below apply to orders placed through our online store. All amounts are shown in euros.

For the destinations listed below, shipping is free on orders of €100 or more. Standard shipping charges are waived once the order meets the applicable conditions.

The reduced rate or free shipping from €100 is applied at checkout when the order meets the applicable conditions.

3. Shipping carriers

Approximately 90% of our orders are shipped with GLS.

Depending on the destination country, service availability and current shipping conditions, we may also use other shipping carriers, including:

• GLS
• PostNL
• DPD
• bpost
• UPS
• DHL

For each order, we select the carrier that is most suitable for the destination at that time.

4. Delivery

Once processed, orders are handed over to the selected shipping carrier as soon as possible.

After dispatch, you will receive a shipping confirmation with tracking information where available.

Actual delivery times may vary depending on the destination country, carrier, weekends, public holidays and possible transport delays.

Delivery times provided by the carrier are estimates. This does not affect any binding delivery deadlines or your statutory consumer rights.

5. International shipping and customs

Shipments to countries outside the European Union may be subject to import duties, customs charges, taxes or other local fees.

Unless otherwise stated or required by law, these charges are payable by the recipient.

The customer is responsible for any applicable local import formalities in the destination country.

6. Damaged parcels

We carefully package our products to minimise the risk of damage during transport.

If you receive a visibly damaged parcel, please contact us as soon as possible.

Where possible, take photographs of:

• The outside of the parcel;
• Any damage to the packaging;
• The contents of the parcel.

Please keep the packaging until the matter has been resolved. Reporting damage does not limit your statutory rights.

7. Lost or undelivered parcels

If the tracking information indicates that a parcel has been delivered but you have not received it, please contact us as soon as possible.

We will review the available tracking information and, if necessary, contact the carrier to investigate the matter further.

Your statutory consumer rights remain unaffected.
